No sale by Roadframe
Roadframe does not sell dash cams, process payments, ship products, issue warranties or handle returns. A purchase made after following a link is a transaction between you and the retailer or seller identified at checkout. Their terms and policies control that transaction.

Roadframe is not responsible for Amazon, manufacturers, sellers or other external websites. Links do not transfer control of those services to Roadframe.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise. Courts with lawful jurisdiction over the Philippine-based operator will have jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights.
Severability
If a provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
